Study and Career Opportunities at LAM
The Laboratory for Advanced Materials (LAM) is looking for highly motivated and talented researchers and students at different stages of their academic careers—from bachelor’s and master’s students, through PhD candidates, to postdoctoral researchers.
We offer the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped research laboratory on cutting-edge topics in chemistry, materials science, and nanotechnology. Research at LAM focuses on the synthesis and characterization of advanced nanomaterials, their optical, electronic, and physicochemical properties, and their applications in areas such as optoelectronics, energy conversion and storage, photocatalysis, and biomedicine.
Members of LAM work under the guidance of experienced researchers in an international and multidisciplinary environment, with opportunities for collaboration with leading research institutions in the EU and the USA. We place strong emphasis on scientific excellence, independence, and the professional development of early-career researchers.
