CoolLED pE-4000 fluorescence illumination system: excitation light source for reflected fluorescence on the Olympus IX83 microscope. It is a multi-channel LED source that enables selective activation of individual excitation wavelengths according to the fluorophore used and the corresponding filter cube. Available excitation LED channels according to the controller: 365, 385, 405, 435, 460, 470, 490, 500, 525, 550, 580, 595, 635, 660, 740 and 770 nm, plus White mode.
Ibidi heating system:
The system includes: universal mounting frame for µ-Dishes 35 mm and µ-Slides, temperature control unit, heated plate for multi-well formats, and one insert with a heated lid. The heating and incubation system is designed for live-cell imaging applications, including chemotaxis, angiogenesis and cell migration.

Flow cytometer CytoFLEX S System
Annotation with specifications: Flow cytometer Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX S with CytExpert 2.4 analysis software, equipped with four lasers (blue 488 nm, red 638 nm, violet 405 nm, near UV 375 nm). Fluorescence channels and filters are summarized in the table. The instrument enables detection of particles ranging approximately from 100 nm to 100 μm, depending on the sample type. Measurements can be performed from tubes and, upon agreement, also from 96-well plates.

Large-capacity centrifuge with an elutriation rotor
Annotation with specifications: Large-capacity refrigerated centrifuge Beckman Coulter Avanti J-26S XPI series with elutriation rotor J-E 5.0 (maximum speed 5000 rpm) and one large elutriation chamber, equipped with a stroboscope and a peristaltic pump. Large-capacity centrifuge with a set of standard rotors

The Avanti JXN-26 centrifuge (Beckman Coulter) is a large-capacity, high-speed, refrigerated centrifuge equipped with a set of rotors for processing samples of various volumes up to a maximum volume of 6 liters (rotors: JLA-8.1, JA-14.50, JA-25.50, JLA-16.250). It allows saving various centrifugation programs and locking them using a password.
