Why study Analytical Chemistry
The development of analytical chemistry teaching systems within the department is closely linked to several factors: the evolution of analytical chemistry as a scientific discipline, the nature of specific fields of study, and the evolving professional profiles of natural science graduates. These systems are tailored to distinct fields and to Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programs.
Regardless of the specific field, the department's overarching goal is to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and the technical and experimental skills necessary to creatively and fully leverage the practical applications of analytical chemistry in their future careers. This effort is supported by the active involvement of departmental staff in developing new educational methods and formats, such as distance learning, online access, multimedia programs, computer simulations, and e-learning.
Furthermore, Master's and PhD students have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs at universities abroad (including in the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, and the Canary Islands) through current CEEPUS and ERASMUS+ projects.
