Area of research

She focuses on optimizing innovative remediation procedures in combination with the use of electric current. In my diploma thesis, deals with the degradation of chlorinated hydrocarbons in groundwater through direct electric current at a model site of environmental burden. As part of her dissertation, she also focuses on electrooxidation of other pollutants such as oil or nitrogenous substances using various electrode materials (e.g. MMO-mixed metal oxide, BDD-borom dopped diamond, ferrous electrodes and others).
